HOW TO USE IT

Break the seal on the brush to make the bristles more flexible. To break the seal, bend the bristles gently.
Line your eyes to the outer corners.
Blend as much (or as little) as you want using the built-in blending brush or your fingers to get your desired eye look.

PRO TIP: Sharpen with the Revlon Universal Points™ Sharpener as needed to get a sharply defined look. Simply insert the tip of the pencil and twist until you reach your desired length.

"I too could not get the pencil sharpened. I used a cosmetic sharpener. A good one with very little use. I don't understand why the tip was encased in plastic! I have never been so disappointed in any kind of product as I am in this product. I may as well have just flushed the money I spent for it right down the drain."

Love them.

"These pencils are so beautiful. They glide effortlessly on your eyes. I have them all except Queen of hearts. I always used colorstay ones before this but these apply so much easier. Ladies, buy a good sharpener. I’ve sharpened mine numerous times. Absolutely no problem. Would love more colors."

Waste of money

"I could not be more disappointed in this product. Crayon is too soft and tends to clump and be difficult to apply cleanly or blend without being too dark. The crayon is encased in a plastic outer cylinder which is NOT able to be sharpened. Therefore, once the tip has worn down, you are unable to apply any of the remaining liner. I got only a handful of frustrating uses and then threw it away."

"I have Glitch Effect and it looks great with blue eyes, it glides nice and has lots of sparkle. It does not flake either like lots of metallic and glitter eyeliners. You guys need to make this in blue and amethyst and I would buy them all!! P. S you should show all these colors on people with blue eyes!"

"Don’t buy this junk. The pencil is a joke. 2nd day of use the point fell off. Tried to figure out how to move it up, but there is no way. The outside cover is plastic and doesn’t work in a sharper. Wasted my $12. 00. 👎"

"I love the product. the colors, the creaminess. BUT IT IS RIDICUlOUS to try to sharpen it. the casing is plastic. It needs to be made out of wood. This is the worst design I have ever seen, and at 12. 00?? No thank you."

No good way to sharpen this pencil

"I was happy to find this color and I like the way it glides on, but once you use up the 1/2 centimeter of pencil you can see, there are no instructions on the product packaging for how to sharpen or get to more liner. This webpage CLAIMS the pencil is sharpenable IF you buy their special sharpener. First of all, you shouldn't have to go to a webpage to find out that to continue to use their $12 product you have to buy ANOTHER product. Also - don't believe it. This pencil has two types of thick plastic casing around the tip. It DOESN"T sharpen neatly in a sharpener. I assumed when I bought it that this was one of those "twist to get more" type pencils. This is a sham."

"First impression of the texture is totally swiped away by the fact that there’s almost no chance to sharpen the pencil. So after couple of days of use it’s over. One of 5 sharpeners can really sharpen the hard material and even if it does the soft core breaks during sharpening. Practically unusable."
