"I bought this Micro-hyper Precision Gel Eyeliner because it said "gel", "smooth glide" and it is neither. The "pencil" does not glide on, had to press hard on lid to get any color to come off and it is like a hard lead pencil! I wasted my money on this one. I have tried gel eyeliner pencil types in the past that did glide on, this one does not. I am very disppointed. Do not buy it!"

Consistency: This is a very creamy gel formula. It slides over the eyelid gently and without pulling on the skin. feeling: It feels extremely light. Once dry, it doesn't feel heavy or wooden on the eyelid. It is very comfortable to wear. Pigment: The black color is extremely intense. With a single pass you get an opaque, dark and uniform definition. Performance: It is completely blur-proof. It endures all day without running through sweat or transferring to the upper eyelid."
