"I have naturally dark brown hair. I’m happy with my natural color just thought I’d cover the few grays coming in. Initially the color is nice … but after it fades out there’s an unhealthy orange red tint to my hair that was never there before. There is a difference between salon quality and off the shelf. My hairs a mess now."

"I bought it yesterday, used it today, idk if it was old but there was a lot of residue when I rinse out my bowl that I poured some of the dye into, I didn’t let it sit and dry out , idk why there was so much gunk in the dye and then it did not dye my hair, it looked like it was, I’ve never had any issues with home hair dye, this was interesting and a waste of a lot of my time, I have to do a lot of sections, ugghhhhhh, I really hate to have to do it again but I def need it"

"I purchased this product to fix some red undertones that I had in my dark brown hair. I went with Ash, dark brown, and used two boxes. This product did not work and it didn’t even make a difference in my hair. It was literally a waste of money. If you’re looking to gloss and tone your hair, I definitely recommend using a different brand. I also dislike that this had such a strong chemical smell to it."
"This is NOT burgundy. It’s literally straight up purple. I looked at the box and the images on the Walmart app before purchasing, and they are not true to the actual color. I had a dark brown base and it still turned out bright purple. No hints of red like a burgundy should have. I’m incredibly upset. I washed my hair at least four times and it’s still straight up purple. I will be covering it, but the sucky thing is the directions say to wait at least 24 hours after shampooing so I’m gonna have bright purple hair for 24 hours. The ONLY reason this got two stars is because it did leave my hair very soft. Beware that this is not a reddish/purple burgundy. It’s literally just purple."
