"This is a very fragile product, probably a victim of not being made as well as they used to be. My mom gave me a Revlon Bacteria Shield Glass Nail File as a gift last month since I liked hers, which she has had for years. I used it once and put it in a safe compartment in my purse. The first time I pulled it out to use, it was broken in half, despite being in it's case and what I thought to be securely stored. Not wanting my mom to know I had immediately broken her gift I went to Walmart and bought a new one. I transported it home carefully, in a pocket. Upon removing it from its packaging I discovered it was already broken in two places. I will never again purchase a Revlon nail file."

"I am disappointed to say that my nail file broke as well. I had one for many years and it was an older model. But unfortunately my bag was stolen this summer and I had to replace many items. So I purchased a new glass file and like many others here, it has broken. This leads me to think there is a manufacturing problem. It would be nice if Revlon would respond to this."
My glass nail file broke!!
"I gave this nail file a ""one-star"" rating because when I went to use it again, it broke and I did not put any undue pressure on it. It was not a cheap product but because it was a Revlon product, I figured it would last a bit longer than it did and bought it anyway from CVS. Please tell me how I should go about getting a replacement?"
