Cant put lip balm under or over because it will break up and separate the lipstick. The pretty color and finish isn't worth dehydrated lips."

"I was truly excited about buying this Revlon lipstick. I went for #19 called “In The Zone. ” I was expecting a plummy burgundy color. Instead, it appears on the lips as a bright red like Taylor Swift-shade. I do not look good in a bright red lip color, so now I am out a bunch of $ on a drugstore cosmetic.
