Why change a good thing new formula is garbage
"Lol color stay user for many years. I am beyond disappointed. At first I thought I received a bad one then bought two more and the same thing. Very soft breaks off. Can't get a straight line if you tries. Just smears and breaks off. Huge color. Stay fan. Not anymore. Now I have to go find something else. I spend hundreds of dollars on ColorState products. Just liner is the worst I've ever used in my life. Why change a good thing. So disappointed"

New formula is trash
"I have been a Revlon Color. Stay customer for more years than I can count. Loved everything about the foundation powder and especially the lip liner. It's my go-to for everything and I have highly recommended it to everyone here. I bought it recently several times different shades and it's so soft. It crumbles and just smears everywhere as you're trying to apply it. The new formula is complete garbage. Why change a good thing now I have to move on to something else. Very disappointed. I've been using for years and now it's unusable. Very disheartening"

New formula is GARBAGE
"This product has been a staple for at least 15 years. The new formulation is SO BAD that it literally can't be used. It is GREASY, comes off in HUGE CLUMPS, is incapable of creating a line, SMEARS everywhere, clogs in the applicator. I will find another brand new. Absolute trash. Shame on you, Revlon."

Why change perfection?
"Purchased 4 of my usual stockpile of 660 mauve. Opened a new one and put on like usual and the COLOR HAS CHANGED along with the formula!! It has more brown? And darker tones in it. I will return these to the store. It was the one I used under all my lipsticks. Mauve 660 r. i. p. now I have to find another brand dupe? Ugh. It was perfect and finding another one with that perfect color and formula will not be easy."

Long time loyalty-very disappointed in new product
"I have been with Revlon forever and I am so disappointed in the Colorstay Longwear Lip Liner, Sienna. It has always been my go-to, and the last few liners that I have purchased looked darker in color and were either dry and caked or so soft it broke, smudged or smeared around my mouth. The old formula never failed. Was this a financial decision or a harmful chemical situation? Please go back to the old formula! 😞"

Very Disappointed
"I've been using Revlon Longwear Lip Liner for several years. I always buy two at a time. I bought two the other day and when I used one it was soft; softer than a lip stick. I thought it had melted or something. I tried to sharpen it. It was so soft it would gob up in the sharpener. I used the pencil and it was so thick (not fine like it's supposed to be) and difficult to put on. I grabbed the other one I bought because I was sure there was something wrong with the first one. It was the same way. I went online to see if Revlon had changed it, and sure enough, they had. Oh man, am I sad about that. I just wasted $20 and I look like a clown. I have no idea how this is an improvement from the best lip liner around. For me, it definitely is not. I'm on the hunt for a new lip liner."

New formula is awful
"I have been using this lip liner for years. Last two I purchased were terrible. Super soft and breaks off and leaves clumps on your lips!! I send these to my sister in Austin and she said the same thing! Please go back to the original formula!! You had such a great product, why ruin it!!"
